Installed since 2021 near the Montauban racetrack, La Cave Ô Délices perpetuates the pleasure of flavors at the heart of its dishes with gastronomic accents. The chef, who has been a Master Restaurateur since 2012, offers a southern cuisine linked to his Italian origins. He shapes his dishes with local products (foie gras, duck fillets...) and other products (the sea, notably with fish cooked in a milling process). A refined tasting in a pleasant setting with a view, the terrace overlooking the elegant equestrian environment.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire tardif et complètement inutile. En effet depuis le 30 juillet il serait bien temps de se réveiller pour donner un avis et surtout marquer ce qui ne vous a pas plu. C'est tellement facile de critiquer derrière son écran plutôt que de le dire en face.
