La Côte et l'Arête is a chain of regional restaurants, located in Toulouse, Labège, Blagnac, Aucamville... and therefore Montauban! This restaurant is therefore the furthest from the regional capital. It is a choice stop for those who wish to eat in the Futuropôle commercial zone. On the menu and à la carte, a selection of carefully matured meats (farm veal chop from Aveyron, breaded andouillette from the Garcia house, 400 g ribeye or beef tartar...) and fresh fish cooked a la plancha, burgers and also salads. A real delight!
