It allows the city of Montauban to obtain the label Ville Gourmande. The meat is a delight, the Aubrac tartar is a specialty that, in itself, is worth the detour. Other delights: the "aligot machine", the home-made fries with duck fat, not forgetting the gourmet desserts.

la différence (fleur de lait dans le dessert, tome du Ramier dans l’omelette). Ajoutez l’extrême bienveillance de Valérie Pons qui prend le temps de vous expliquer son univers de cuisine, mettant en avant ses partenaires petits producteurs. On n’a qu’une envie une fois le repas terminé c’est d’y revenir !
