A new chef, Laura Orthola, used to working in many local restaurants and also in a Michelin-rated Relais & Châteaux, has come to put her technicality on the restaurant's slates. The flavors and the greediness are there for the dishes as well as for the tapas. The place is pleasantly arranged for a convivial evening. Two rooms can be privatized for groups or other festivities!
