In the dining room, the decoration mixes green, burgundy and orange. On certain evenings, a concert is performed to enhance the meal. The menus complement each other to offer you a wide range of gourmet dishes for a choice dinner. The unmissable dishes have always had the same success for 30 years, such as the cassoulet from Castelnaudary, the omelette with truffles, or the crispy lamb in Serrano sauce with basil.
