Beautiful establishment offering a nice range of gourmet dishes for a choice dinner.

Au Fil de l'Eau is one of Montauban's best addresses. You will find this beautiful establishment, as its name indicates, on the banks of the Tarn. In the dining room, the decoration mixes green, burgundy and orange. On certain evenings, a concert is performed to enhance the meal. The menus complement each other to offer you a wide range of gourmet dishes for a choice dinner. The unmissable dishes have always had the same success for 30 years, such as the cassoulet from Castelnaudary, the omelette with truffles, or the crispy lamb in Serrano sauce with basil.

Le restaurant est magnifique, effet garanti.
La cuisine est raffinée, la prestation est très belle, les restaurateurs très sympas.
Je n'ai attribué que 4 étoiles en ambiance, même si pour moi ce serait 5… mais il ne faut pas se tromper, on vient chercher la quiétude et pas l'ambiance dans ce restaurant.
Parfait pour soirée romantique ou repas professionnel.

Alors là, la devanture ne paie pas de mine ! Mais passé la porte, nous rentrons dans un lieu chaleureux et joliment décoré. La cuisine est excellente, quant au service, il est parfait _ attentionné mais pas pesant ! Ne pas hésiter!

Très belle salle bon accueil mais très déçu par les plats proposés de l'entrée au dessert.
Vinaigrette de l'entré mal équilibré,le faux-filet dur???? le dessert encore congelé ????

Franchement..trop bon ! Nous avons goûté le cassoulet, c'est à se damner ! On ressent le savoir faire des cuisinièrs(es) qui aiment leur boulot. Comme le service d'ailleurs de très haut rang.
Je conseille de réserver
