CHEZ OLYMPE
Bistronomic restaurant concocting a colorful homemade cuisine with local products and "world" spices.
You will obviously have guessed behind the sign of this bistronomic restaurant the homage to Olympe de Gouges, the Montalban heroine author of the Declaration of the Rights of Women and Citizens during the French Revolution. Marie and Pierre-Yves have taken over from Anne Alassane. They welcome you here to taste their home cooking, concocted from local products and seasoned with spices from around the world. This colourful cuisine is shared in the small modern dining room, on the sumptuous "carreau" or under the arcades of the Place Nationale.
