This is a portion of the Aveyron Valley Bike Route, which connects Montauban and Laguépie. You start from the capital of Tarn-et-Garonne, and take small roads, marked with directional signs. In 36 kilometers, the route finally reaches Bruniquel via the municipalities of Saint-Étienne-de-Tulmont, Négrepelisse, Bioule, Saint-Laurent-de-Maynet and Montricoux. If you don't feel like walking the whole route, you can of course adjust your circuit!
