This farm, located in the plain of the Ramier on the outskirts of Montauban, specializes in livestock farming and processing, including pork, fatty duck and poultry. The farm provides fresh products from high-air and day-free animals on straw, fed grain, organic farm clofles, and processed in their workshop. They respect the peasant agriculture charter. Julie and Clément make you rediscover the taste of our ancient charcuterie. Products are guaranteed without nitrite, dye or preservatives. The shop brings together farmers who are concerned about environmental ethics and proposes meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables, wines, beers… developed in the region. La Cuisine des Pibouls, a mitoyen restaurant, works for the pleasure of our palate products.

It is difficult to find more authentic. The delicatessen (direct producers practicing organic or reasoned agriculture priced) and the implementing the same products, are gathered in the centre even farm: they are the geese, the guinea fowls,... which, their meadows, welcome you while screeching.
The atmosphere is very friendly and your hosts, whether in the shop or the restaurant, are ready to you.
Within walking distance of Montauban, it is the nature that welcomes guests, for a bath of serenity.
I regularly frequent the delicatessen with great satisfaction and I make a point of celebrating, in this restaurant and no one other, my 40 years of marriage.
