Pastry chef, chocolate maker and confectioner, Jean-Yves Alliot carries out his profession with passion, love and excellence by combining the best chocolate vintages in the world with quality local products. A great knight of the Confrérie de la Chocolatière, he received the "double bar of gold", "1 award" and the "jury's favourite prize" at the Paris Chocolate Festival for 4 of his chocolates, including the Verbena chocolate. Another speciality of Jean-Yves Alliot is the "Violon d'Ingres en chocolat".
