In his two shops, Jérôme Allamigeon shares his high quality products and a permanent search for novelties. "Les Bonbons flingueurs", hazelnut-based confectionery coated with acacia gum and chocolate, are a unique souvenir of Montauban in reference to the cult film Les Tontons flingueurs. A pastry-chocolate-ice-cream maker who contributes to the town's gastronomic reputation. Alexandres offers a restaurant in the Faubourg Lacapelle. A range of savoury dishes prepared by hand. Everything is home-made, on the spot or to take away.

Mets exquis, préparations soignées et artisanales, personnel de bon conseil, serviable et à l'écoute. Les diverses mignardises proposées sont toutes succulentes. La pâtisserie Alexandres est de surcroît idéalement située à proximité du centre-ville de Montauban, et figure parmi les meilleures adresses de la ville pour les amateurs de desserts et de chocolats raffinés.
