The Minard butcher's shop has been selecting the best meats of the region (Quercy and Tarn-et-Garonne) for 4 generations: beef, pork, veal, lamb, poultry, horse... In other words, it knows its business. This traditional butcher's shop also offers its customers a delicatessen section as well as a delicatessen with home-made preserves and a selection of wines that will enhance your meat dishes.
