Just a stone's throw from the commercial and industrial areas, you would never suspect that there could be a goat farm with more than 300 head! The farm has 60 hectares, 40 of which are used to grow corn, hay and wheat. Everything is done on site, from milking to production and direct sales. A fine range of products that includes everything you could possibly want: fresh and mature cheeses: cabécous, pavés, pyramids, rondo, turnover filled with cheese to be fried to accompany your salads... made from raw milk and without pasteurization, of course.
