Françoise's welcome is warm, surprisingly simple. His husband Bernard prepares piano in the kitchen, and we are tempted to leave him full control of our plate, so this jazz amateur is a virtuoso, loyal to the land and the seasons. Let's go beyond the somewhat outdated decoration, the soils and the time ceilings. The evidence is on the plate, everything is harmonious, from eye to papilla through the nose. La cuisine est parfaite, travaillée, sans ostentation mais avec grande élégance. Le dressage est appliqué comme une certitude et les saveurs se dévoilent toujours, lentement, avec précision.
