Montricoux is a Germanic name (montricolf) meaning "powerful wolf". Located on the right bank of the Aveyron, this former Templar commandery houses a private collection of works by the painter Marcel Lenoir.
Marcel Lenoir Museum. Open since 1983, the museum exhibits 140 drawings, symbolist, fauvist and neo-impressionist paintings, engravings and frescoes, allowing visitors to discover this great master.
