For more than 10 years, the Sauvage family has been in charge of the restaurant and offers a carefully prepared bistronomic and traditional cuisine. The chef, passionate about typical dishes, works with fresh and seasonal products. The "homemade" andouillette, the salmon trout and its basil crust or the gizzard cassolette... A nice address to enjoy and/or to stay at.

Très bon service tout de même des 2 jeunes serveurs/euses.

Accueillis par un stagiaire, servis par une apprentie qui avait du mal à répondre à nos questions, nous n'avons pas pu terminer notre plat principal tellement il était insipide, trop cuit et pas frais!
La croustade "maison" sortait du congélateur.
Le buffet d'entrées était à peu près correct mais tout le reste était très décevant.
