For more than 10 years, the Sauvage family has been in charge of the restaurant and offers a carefully prepared bistronomic and traditional cuisine. The chef, passionate about typical dishes, works with fresh and seasonal products. The "homemade" andouillette, the salmon trout and its basil crust or the gizzard cassolette... Très bon restaurant,cadre sympa.Dommage que le service se termine a 22h donc si on arrive un peu tard pas le temps d apprécié,les place s enchaînent à une vitesse …..seul bémol
