The Auberge de la Castille is the perfect place to discover a cuisine that is in tune with the Massif Central. Nous cherchions un sandwich dans une boulangerie alentour pour manger rapido. Les boulangeries alentours ne proposent pas de sandwich. Allons y pour l’auberge de la castille…. Sans l’ombre d’un regret !! Le genre de petit restaurant qui n’existe que là !! Plats maison produits locaux, patron au top, salade de fruits à en reprendre 3 fois ! Bref … encore une adresse a garder top secret ! Encore merci ! Nous reviendrons !
