Very friendly local meat restaurant with a meat menu.
Would you like to taste a quality meat, raised on the high plateaux of the Aubrac? Here you have one of the best meat restaurants in the region. Claude, the chef, is in love with good things. He visits the farms (99% of the beef comes from Aubrac farms) and cuts the meat he receives into 1/2 carcasses. Impeccable traceability. Master of the cooking, he comes into the dining room to inquire about everyone's tastes. A la carte, beef but also Aveyron Lamb, home-made pork sausage and the famous aligot. Very convivial restaurant.

Je déconseille cependant les mini-café gourmand qui sont fait « sur le pouce », cela dénote avec le reste du repas qui était vraiment très bien.
