It is here that Thierry Pszonka, Master Chef of France, has set up his pans and his piano. The room is neat, clear and sober, the service impeccable and smiling. In the plate that explodes the symphony of colors and aromas, with a short menu but with beautiful associations of colors and flavors. Specialist of truffles and Quercy lamb, Chef Pszonka is indeed this virtuoso who plays marvelously with our senses.
