The top of the range has been invited to Puylaroque! This massive house in the heart of the village is home to one of the best restaurants in the region. It is here that Thierry Pszonka, Master Chef of France, has set up his pans and his piano. The room is neat, clear and sober, the service impeccable and smiling. In the plate that explodes the symphony of colors and aromas, with a short menu but with beautiful associations of colors and flavors. Specialist of truffles and Quercy lamb, Chef Pszonka is indeed this virtuoso who plays marvelously with our senses.

Un déchainement de saveurs exceptionnelles. Chaque plat élaboré avec des produits frais sont un ravissement pour les papilles. Tout est parfait, l'équipe est très sympathique et agréable. Un restaurant à découvrir. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir

Les SENS Puylaroque
Nous remercions encore tout le personnel du restaurant pour cette belle soirée. Nous avons été conquis par le repas et la sympathie de nos serveurs et sommelier.
Les Sens : Une des meilleurs tables de la région, aux saveurs raffinées , le repas était très fin et délicieux. Les vins étaient parfaitement adaptés aux plats.
Ce fut un repas délicieux, absolument EXCEPTIONNEL.
