Set up in a typical Tarn-et-Garonne building, Negy and his team offer traditional cuisine that honours local products. The white cotton tablecloths and flowery centrepieces create a cosy atmosphere, away from the traffic on the N20. The truffled foie gras is homemade, the sweetbread croustade is exceptional as well as the clafoutis of foie gras and caramel of banyuls. The bistro part of the establishment offers a daily menu. On sunny days, the flowered terrace is very welcoming.
