Good address concocting a quality cuisine, traditional and regional dishes.
The village of Saint-Cirq catches the eye thanks to the Auberge de l'Hirondelle. It's housed in a beautiful building with traditional ashlar architecture. The two dining rooms are convivial and can accommodate a large number of guests, especially at lunchtime. High-quality cuisine is the order of the day, which explains the regular attendance. On the menu are traditional dishes (homemade soup, daube au vin du Quercy, cassolette d'escargots, navarin d'agneau) and regional dishes (foie gras et confiture de figue, confit de canard, pastis aux pommes...) carefully prepared by chef Yannick Eché. The inn offers a range of services in the adjacent grocery store: takeaway meals, vegetables, bread... A great address!
