Breads and cookies made from organic cereals grown on site: this farm store has it all.
How would you like to (re)discover the real taste of artisan bread? In their corner of the countryside, Samuel and Nadine grow organic cereals, which are transformed on site with a stone mill into flours of ancient wheat, rye, buckwheat and small spelt. The resulting naturally leavened breads are generous, as beautiful as they are delicious. We also make cookies (chocolate, almond, hazelnut...) and salted shortbread for aperitifs.
