La Ferme de Quyvie is the playground of Sylvie Albrand, producer of edible flowers, young shoots and aromatic plants. On Mondays and Tuesdays, she picks aromatic plants and young shoots in her greenhouses or in the surrounding fields. On Wednesdays, she ships her harvests all over France. On Thursdays, she sows new seeds, and on Fridays, she takes care of the weeding. And it's now with her daughter Jeanne that she continues the adventure she began 25 years ago. Their products delight chefs from the region and beyond!
