petit bémol en période de gel, ne pas se servir des machines à laver le linge car l'eau est gelées (lavage à sec) et bien des démarches pour obtenir réparation du préjudice occasionnée.
sinon le lieu est propice à de belles balades le long du canal du nord et pour ce qui est du ravitaillement il y'a tout les commerces sur place.
