Chef Nicolas Gautier and his wife Cécilia have imagined this place in their image: simple, elegant and warm. The chef lets the products speak for themselves, sublimating them to perfection. He has chosen not to propose a menu, but simply to present the products he will work with, as a promise of tasty discoveries. How could you not succumb to this amazing dessert mixing the Nieppe dew (a mushroom) with white chocolate? Mon compagnon et moi sommes allés déjeuner dans ce restaurant pour nos 7 ans. Le cadre est superbe, l'accueil et le service sont très chaleureux. La cuisine est délicieuse, fine, raffinée et avec des produits locaux et de saison. Rien à redire !
