The starred chef Nicolas Gautier expands his empire with his Bistrot RG! RG stands for Roger Gautier, Nicolas' father, also a chef, who gave him a taste for good and generous food. In the Gautier family, cooking is a family affair! In fact, it is the chef's brother who welcomes you to the bistro. In the kitchen, it is Lucie Veniat who is a marvel. Second in command to Chef Gautier since the beginning of the Nature adventure, she takes flight here and offers us traditional recipes twisted with modernity and elegance, sublimating the best of the land.
