CITÉ BONJEAN MILITARY CEMETERY
Cité Bonjean military cemetery, where soldiers of the British Imperial Army and New Zealand officers are buried.
Built in 1909 thanks to donations from George Bonjean, the Cité Bonjean was transformed into a burial ground in 1914. The military hospital being nearby, its location was not insignificant. More than 2,100 soldiers of the British Imperial Army are buried there, as well as 500 German soldiers and 48 New Zealand soldiers and officers, making the place one of the seven New Zealand memorials in France.
