Un foie gras sublime
Un filet mignon de porc délicieux plein de tendresse et de goût avec sa sauce aux pruneaux
Pour les convives ce fut identique

En apéritif d un Cerdon rosé et d une planche jambon sec, eperlants
Et d un rosé de Bandol
