Lo Pan del Puech, the bread of the hill in Occitan, is made the old-fashioned way by Laurent Pouget, who did a lot of traveling before settling in this small village. He took over the old bakery, equipped with a wood-fired brick oven and makes organic bread by hand with organic flours ground on a stone millstone. He only works with local farmers. His gentle kneading and long fermentation with natural leavening result in breads with a high nutritional value and a unique taste. Nothing beats the smell of good warm bread!
