la cuisine , un foie gras fade et trop cuit , y'avait bien du sel de Guérande et du poivre à dispo mais ca n'a pas le même gout s'il avait été mis avant la cuisson , des st jacques excellentes , un magrets plus que rosé mais surtout des morilles réhydratées a la dernière minute pleines d'eau sans saveur ni gout des éponges …. et deux petites par assiette….. il fallait les trouver …. belle expérience Maroillaise
Attention les cuisines …..reprenez vous !!!! les tuileries sont le bateaux amiral de vos trois restaurants et votre réputation en découle ….
