In a very elegant and warm setting, Didier Tharin's team welcomes the clientele. Traditional dishes, cooked by Chef Laurent Six, are presented with refinement. Discover the Saint James and carottes almonds, orange, ginger or conflict conflict in the ceps and sherbet in the Jenever jenever, before you leave Toast roasted, perch in short broth or by the square of lamb, garlic cream. The wine list is also on the finesse, and the sommelier Alain Dehenne gives advice to better match the tastes. As for desserts, it is impossible to resist the chocolate fortification and its cherries jam to beer or ice-cream to candied fruit. An ideal place to spend a tasty moment.
