At the edge of the Bruille forest, a stone's throw from Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, come and discover the welcoming Auberge du Lièvre, which also acts as a hunting lodge, in a forest and green setting. In a warm and family atmosphere, you will taste traditional dishes from the regional terroir. The menus are reinvented every week according to the market and the seasons by the chef. From the traditional flamiche to maroilles with veal head in a gribiche sauce, from rabbit with raisins and prunes to rooster with wine and other veal sweetbreads, from pork shank to chicken supreme with oyster mushrooms... here it is the generous and tasty cuisine of yesteryear that can be enjoyed! And to accompany these dishes, the hostel offers a beautiful wine list. Whether it is on the garden/terrace side in summer or on the fireplace side in winter, you can only let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of the place!
