L'Éphémère is the newborn of Maison Demarcq, a must-see address in Cambrai. In addition to its gastronomic table, the caterer has opened a brasserie to put the taste of yesteryear back into its plates. From chicon gratin to grandpa Alexandre's homemade andouillette, including vol-au-vent with chicken and rice "like the one on Sunday", the restaurant owner's goal is to bring you back to your childhood, in front of your grandmother's good little dishes. Those who don't finish their plate can take their leftovers with them thanks to returnable glass jars!
