This magnificent 90 ha vineyard has been managed by Guy Pauvert since 1974. The specificity of each wine is respected in the rules of the art by associating the latest technological progress, with numerous awards obtained. An encapsulation line guarantees maximum protection against oxidation and a zero rate of the infamous cork taste. The reds still benefit from the traditional cork stopper. The domain is also known for its 100% Sauvignon dry white wine. The visit and tasting evenings on Wednesdays in the summer are very popular.
