A passionate cook from an early age, Pierrot's current recipes for authentic, honest and generous cuisine come from his mother. On the menu: homemade potjevleesch, flamiche au maroilles, andouille de Cambrai... Not forgetting his pork specialties: homemade terrines, tripe, trotters... In short, pork in all its forms!
