MONT CASSEL
An impressive mountain, the highest of the Monts de Flandre, offering an exceptional panorama of the North.
At the top of Mount Cassel, at the highest point, 176 m, discover a unique panorama of the North! It is the highest of the Flanders Mountains! Two orientation tables await you. But it is the incredibly clear view over the region that will blow you away, as you can see up to 80 kilometres in the round. It's a great opportunity to take some nice pictures. At the top, you will also discover an old windmill that has recently been restored (the last of the twenty or so on the mountain), a pretty public garden and a charming estaminet, the T'Kasteelhof.
