côté bar/ mini golf, service proche du néant, tarif exhorbitant pour se service déplorable, table non vidée des consommations des anciens clients, fauteuil sale, amabilité invisible, accès handicapés inexistant, aucun panneau d'accès pour handicapé. musique trop forte, sert à la tête du client, service long pour être en plus obliger de s'apporter les conso soit même , même quand on est handicapé. bref première venu mais la dernière aussi. côté mini golf aucune explication, service déplorable et accueil aussi froid et aimable qu'une porte de prison. bref le personnel n'est pas fait pour faire du commerciale car la gentillesse et l'amabilité sont en option. très très déçu. temps d'attente pour être servi au comptoir très longue au vue du manque de pas effectuer par le personnel. car même handicapé on doit se démerder tout seul pour s'apporter les conso à table alors que d'autre on le service à table. donc ils servent à la tête du client.

J'ai adoré ce parc. Nous ne sejournions pas à l'hôtel. Visite du parc et goûter à côté des cygnes. Moment agréable en famille. Je voulais un château de princesse, je l'ai eu.

Chère Tikette, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié ce moment au Stelsia et vous remercions pour l'attribution de ces cinq étoiles. Pour rappel, il est interdit de pique niquer dans le parc (déjeuner, goûter, dîner ou autre), nous avons deux restaurants dans l'enceinte du parc.
