HALLES MODERNES
For many years, 23 rue du Professeur-Perrin in Croix was the place to be for meat lovers. That's right, this was the address of the excellent Lambert Lecomte butcher's shop. Today, while the façade of the old butcher's shop remains, the premises have changed a little and now offer a concept as tasty as it is innovative, sure to delight gourmets. This place is Les Halles Modernes. It all started with a beautiful story of friendship between Loïs and Rémy, two lovers of good food and, above all, two enthusiasts of their region! Their idea? To create a unique place offering local, quality products, free from colorants and preservatives, and prepared with care. Because eating well shouldn't be a luxury, the two friends have opted for short supply chains to cut costs and make their creations accessible to all. Yes, we're talking about creations here! Every day, Loïs, Rémy and their team get down to cooking, concocting dishes that you can pick up at Les Halles de Croix, of course, but which can also be delivered to your door anywhere in the Lille metropolitan area. Not bad, eh? In just a few clicks, you can enjoy savory tarts, mixed salads, gratins, blanquettes, pizzas and tabbouleh, all prepared in-house on the very same day! On the sweet side, the two friends offer delicious tarts as well as a creamery corner stocked with tasty, local yoghurts and cheeses. And of course, these halls would be nothing without the superb cuts of meat on offer. Skewered, sausaged or filleted, meats come in all shapes and sizes. As for the sausage selection, it's sure to tantalize the taste buds of charcuterie enthusiasts. And to accompany all this, Les Halles Modernes even has a small wine section! The team is ultra-dynamic and friendly, and clearly driven by a philosophy of eating well and, above all, living well together. So what are you waiting for?
