Jean-François Deleau has taken over the reins of this inn, which has been in operation since 1984. A student at the École hôtelière de Lille, he is now in charge of the kitchen, assisted by Jérôme Rosart. The restaurant's recipes, the refined presentation and the flavor of the products demonstrate the imagination of this young chef. Don't miss classics like filet de bar, tournedos de boeuf or dos de cabillaud au beurre de ciboulette. For dessert, the speculoos and gingerbread mousseline, accompanied by chicory ice cream, will delight those with a sweet tooth.

Très belle experience ce dimanche 14 Janvier 2024. Personnel hyper agréable, souriant et serviable. Cuisine très raffinée et succulente. Je recommande.

Une étoile pour la cuisine, nous avons très bien mangé ! Mais pour le service je mettrais 0, nous avons été servis par deux hommes très aimables mais lorsqu’on a voulu demander un dessert en express nous avons eu affaire à un homme (qui je pense est le chef de service) qui nous a « gentillement » fait comprendre qu’il fallait arriver plus tôt si nous étions pressés. Cela faisait déjà 2h que nous étions sur place pour une entrée et un plat. Cela c’est enchaîné sur le fait que nous ne savions pas lire leur carte pour les menus. Des remarques à n’en plus finir … très déçu de cet fin de repas, qui été parti pour être un succès. Merci à ce monsieur de revoir son ego ainsi que ses remarques déplacés aux clients.
