You'll discover a delicate and surprising cuisine, like the burger revisited with sandy carrot mousseline, wasabi and purslane pesto, or the coquillettes and mimolette risotto. The plates are well presented and tasteful. There's no doubt about it, we're well within the bistronomy codes! As for the decor, we appreciate the modern touch given by the industrial atmosphere. A sure bet in the center of Douai for good food at frankly reasonable prices.
