From the age of 14, he followed the region's best Maîtres Pâtigoustiers and developed the project of opening his own patisserie. After much hard work, Vincent was finally awarded the title of Maître Pâtigoustier, conferred by the Guilde to the best pastry chefs and caterers in the Nord region. With his team, he now offers us a catalog full of gourmet delights. Using carefully selected products, he creates enchanting platters for your receptions, whether sweet or savoury. As for pastries, he offers all the usual classics, from tarts to entremets, including local specialties such as Merveilleux (cream meringue coated with chocolate shavings), homemade waffles and Merlins de Douai. The master pastry chef also offers cereal creations and top-quality breads, including Crunchy, a delicious multi-grain loaf, to be enjoyed without moderation with local cheeses!
