Establishment in Dunkerque offering a menu of 6 different welshs and generous dishes.
If you knew the establishment before it was taken oven by Thierry Decoussemaker, a "counter-visit" is required. There was a magic wand in the room and in the kitchen. On the menu, there are "classic" desserts, but the dishes titillate the papillae: chicken waterzoy, lamb shank with northern bars, roast Camenbert… Thierry, who served as chef in two renowned restaurants of Dunkerk, also offers a menu of six different Welsh. The seventh, on the à la carte menu, will be yours, personalized! The dishes are generous. On weekends, the Chef, who realized his youth dream to cook for others, offers a chalk menu. After a movie night, if you want to avoid the chains of the Pôle Marine, you just need to cross the street. Your movie ticket will give you the right to have (on Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening) to a planteur cocktail. Although located close to the train station (and therefore well served by buses), you can easily park your car if you drive. Careful, a good plan: park at the Pôle Marine parking area between 12:01 and 1:59 pm. It's free. And in the evening, once your meal is finished, the barriers will be lifted.
