Proudly located on the Quai des Hollandais, this hotel-restaurant has made waterzoï its speciality and the result is just right!

With its view on the port, its magnificent central bar and its successful decoration, Aux Waterzooi is a must if you are in Dunkerque. The star of the restaurant is, as its name suggests, the waterzooi. This Belgian dish based on fish or chicken is served like a soup in a soup bowl and the broth is bound with cream or butter. The taste of good home-made food can be felt and the quality-price ratio is remarkable. Special mention for the welcome of Sophie in the dining room and her son and chef Maxence.

Super hôtel le personnel est au top super agréable super gentille, le petit dej parfait produit frais, la chambre nickel ça sent bon quand on arrive, et l'emplacement face au petit port top on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds

Nous n'avons pas resté a l'hôtel, seulement au restaurant pour dîner. Le repas etait très bon, j'ai été le poisson maniere - superbe et le chef a preparé un plat vegan pour me epouse, vraiment delicieux. Le vin, le cocktail et le café (irlandais) superbe.
La serveuse etait très sympa et attentif. Une soirée très très belle dans un super lieu aussi très comfortable et calme - 10/10

Personnes très gentilles, serviables, nous avons été manger en famille et tout le monde a adoré très bonne cuisine, nous y retournerons sans problème je recommande. Vraiment ce restaurant merci à vous pour ce bon moment
