The star of the restaurant is, as its name suggests, the waterzooi. This Belgian dish based on fish or chicken is served like a soup in a soup bowl and the broth is bound with cream or butter. The taste of good home-made food can be felt and the quality-price ratio is remarkable. Special mention for the welcome of Sophie in the dining room and her son and chef Maxence.
