LA BIEROTEK
Since 2004, "Nico" Morel had been playing cat and mouse with his concept of an ephemeral shop open for the end of the year celebrations (even ephemeral'father for Dads' Day!): a hit in a vaulted cellar, avenue des Bains, boulevard Sainte-Barbe and even in a greenhouse in Rosendaël, in the Maraîchers district. This Dunkirk figure ended up spending two seasons on the Christmas market before changing his life (due to the crisis in his fifties!) and opening (finally) his beer cellar. Needless to say, Nico likes beer, but he makes it a point of honour to offer local beers. Even the most discerning connoisseur will always find a new beverage to discover (he offers about sixty of them)! His specialty? Baskets filled with local products: potjevleesch, apple or pear juice, waffles, jams, honey, terrines, pâtés, etc. Another special feature of this "Dunkirk shop" is that it transforms itself into a Carnival'tek during the carnival season (accessories, badges, badges, badges, etc.), and offers gift ideas with local objects all year round! If you find the door closed, there will always be a "little word" as they say in Dunkirk to tell you what time he comes back!
