The house has been in existence for over a hundred years! The specialty? The Doigts de Jean Bart, well known to the people of Dunkerque. These almond cakes are made with a coffee cream and coated with chocolate. Delicious and ultra greedy! Since then, several versions have been created: peanut praline, fleur de sel, dark chocolate or even violet. The other pastries served here are also worth the detour. Not to mention the wide range of chocolates created on site.

C'est dans cette pâtisserie qu'il faut acheter les fameux doigts de Jean Bart. Que c'est bon ! et ce ne sont pas de petits doigts ! Quel régal pour les gourmands ! Il faut faire honneur à Jean Bart. ....

Si vous voulez déguster quelque chose de typique à Dunkerque, et bien rendez-vous dans cette pâtisserie et achetez les fameux doigts de Jean Bart. Excellent ! mais à consommer avec modération car pas mal gras quand même, mais c'est si bon que l'on a du mal à résister !
