Dunkerque is home to one of the shops of this artisanale Artisanale de Nord-Pas-de-Calais, offering collections of fine chocolates of great quality and diversity. The famous chocolate Shop, founded in 1985 in the village of Beussent, in the Race valley, became Chocolate Lasselle in 1994 with the opening of a new manufacturing unit in the village of Lachelle (Oise). You can find in the Boutique shop, marteau chocolate or spreads, made from high-end cocoa chocolate.
