Well-known in the area, the "LB le Bouledogue" brasserie was taken over in 2024 by Isabelle and Benjamin and renamed "L'IB". The menu features traditional bistro recipes: starter of snails with garlic and parsley butter, entrecôte with maître d'hôtel butter or black pudding and apple burger for the main course, and lemon meringue tarts to finish. Tapas on weekend evenings and oysters on Sundays enrich the offer. The old photos of sainte Bazeille on the walls are a nice reminder of the town's history.
